Return and Exchange Policy
Most of the items in our store are printed on demand. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email at support@unicornsareawesome.co within 30 days of product delivery with your request. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  To return your product please send it to the following address: 15061 Springdale St, Suite 206, Huntington Beach, Ca 92649. 

Please note, that the return or exchange item must be in new/unworn condition in order to qualify for the return or the exchange. 

Once the product is received, a staff member will process your refund. Refunds typically take 12 business days to reflect in your bank account, sometimes much sooner.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
